There`s just too much going on inside your head right now. Your mind is such a busy place that even you might not understand what is going on in there. Do whatever is necessary to get your focus. Your mental activity should energize you rather than exhaust you. It might help to write everything down during the first part of the day, then refer back to your list to make sure you`re getting everything accomplished. Do your best to make it to appointments on time, and if you have to cancel one, make sure you reschedule as soon as possible.
